Recently mailed to you for your review and completion is a Toms River MUA Sewer Fixture Survey Questionnaire Form. Please complete all applicable boxes, sign, date and return with your October payment.

It is important to return the enclosed survey form by Monday, October 12, 2026. Completion and remittance of the survey will help ensure the TRMUA has the most accurate, up to date fixture count for your sewer account. Additionally, failure to return the enclosed survey may result in an inaccurate fixture count and could be subject to an in-person inspection.
Providing excellent service to all Toms River MUA ratepayers at an affordable rate is a priority and goal of the TRMUA. Completion of this survey will aid the TRMUA in obtaining that goal. Thank you, in advance, for your cooperation.
- Please submit the survey by mail with your bill, in person drop off, or the link below.
- For example, if your bathtub also includes a shower, please select only one option, either the shower stall or bathtub, we are only recording the number of drains to the sewer.
- We are only recording the amount of drains to the township sewer. If you have an exterior outdoor shower that drains to the ground, not a sewer, you do not need to select that on the survey.
