For the Submission of Site Plans and Subdivisions
Any site plan or subdivision plan creating two or more tax lots in the Township of Toms River requires the submission of an application to the TRMUA. The written formal approval by the TRMUA of said application is a standard condition of final approval by the Toms River Township Planning Board.
